The official fee is 280 USD (280 USD).
Select this option to receive a 50% discount of official fees if you meet the requirements of a small entity.
Requirements include the applicant is a
- "person"
- a ""small business concern" having less than 500 employees or
- the applicant is a nonprofit organization
Extra Fees
Select this option if the PCT search report has been prepared by an ISA (International Searching Authority) other than the US.
If the search report has not been been previously communicated by the IB (International Bureau) to the USPTO, please upload it here.
The official fee is 480 USD (480 USD).
Select this option if the IPER (International Preliminary Examination Report) was not prepared by the US IPEA (International Preliminary Examining Authority) or the written opinion was not prepared by the US ISA (International Searching Authority).
